A compelling journey of a 13 year old boy trying to find his way and screwing it all up. Perfectly captures the struggles of every teenage boy who grew up in the early aughts trying to fit in and figure out who your true friends are. Between stupid nicknames and stupid actions, we see Chris (aka Wang Wang) make some questionable decisions while embarrassing himself by falling victim to peer pressure.
The film captures the early days of social media perfectly by showcasing cringey posts and messaging chats.
Easily one of the best films to come out of 2024
